Title of Bill: An Act to resolve the Israeli/Palestinian conflict.

BE IT ENACTED BY UNITED STATES CONGRESS

  1. Whereas the Israeli Palestinian conflict is a major threat to
  2. world peace.
  3.  
  4. Whereas United States aid to Israel supports the occupation
  5. and settlements.
  6.  
  7. We, the people of the United States, demand that all aid for
  8. Israel, including loans, be used only for the following purposes:
  9.  
  10. Removal of all settlements outside the 1967 internationally
  11. recognized borders.
  12.  
  13. Aid in the development of a viable Palestinian State in the
  14. West Bank and Gaza.
  15.  
  16. Return of the Golan Heights to Syria.
  17.  
  18. All International laws and United Nations resolutions relevant
  19. to this conflict should be observed by all nations.
  20.  
  21. In lieu of items lines 7, 11 & 14, we recommend a unitary state
  22. with equal rights for all.
  23.  
  24. A regional economic development plan based on water desalination
  25. and energy shall be implemented.
